We hired Allie with Proof Mobile Bar for our 4th of July Parade & couldn't have asked for a better experience! She made the best cocktails & the guests adored her! Her trailer was incredible and overall, it was such a great experience. 10 out of 10- we'd recommend her to anyone for an event!

Proof Mobile took our Grand Opening event to a whole new level! Allie was so dedicated to our project and vision, going above and beyond to make sure our event was a roaring success. Our guests were blown away first by her beautiful mobile bar and second by her fantastic signature drinks. We originally got a quote from a different bartending service that was waaay out of budget so we were so happy when we found Allie! From the beginning she made everything easy and took all our stress away. My brother is into mixology and had designed his and hers cocktails for us and she was happy to serve those, even making her own syrups. She helped us calculate how much alcohol to purchase - we did run out of gin pretty early on but I blame my husband for not buying the extra bottle I suggested since we were slightly under her recommendation. Even though she was working by herself she was fast and kept the lines short. I was late getting payment to her after the wedding since we were on our honeymoon and not checking emails and she was not upset by this at all! I highly highly recommend working with Allie, especially if you have a budget you need to stick to, since she will work within your budget!

I had proof at my Galentines event, and Allie did such an amazing job at understanding the vibe I was going for and curating an adorable mocktail for us it! It was an absolute hit! I can’t wait to have proof at our next event! 10/10 recommend!
